Aerial Troupes: Comfortable inverting in the air, endurance of 4 minutes in the air

Flow and Fire Troupes: No experience necessary

This retreat includes all you need for a healthy, inspirational, movement-creation vacation of a lifetime:

  • Daily Movement workshops including yoga, aerial yoga, partner acrobatics, handstands, dance, clowning & physical theater, fire dance, hula hooping & flow arts, aerial silks, sling, lyra and flying pole

  • Personal development sessions on topics like social circus, emotional regulation, somatic healing and performance art therapy

  • Choice of 1hr massage or surf lesson
